Time Sheet Management

1. Manager Login

1.1 Task

  • User creates a Task and changes the status to Active and Inactive for the created Task.
  • Duplicate Task are not allowed.
  • Added Tasks are displayed in table
  • A Search box will be displayed at the top right of the table.
  • The manager can search for any details in the table as needed.
  • Users can add a Task by filling all fields
  • Click on the Submit button, success popup will display, and a new Task is added to the table.
  • User can update the Task by clicking on image, after updating click on “Update” button updated text is saved 

1.2 Assign Task

  • User can create Assign Task.
  • Added Tasks are displayed in table
  • Users can add a new Assign Task by filling all fields
  • Click on the Submit button, success popup will display, and a new Assign Task is added to the table.
  • User can update the Task by clicking onimage, after updating click on “Update” button updated text is saved 

1.3 Pending Approvals

  • There are four tabs Pending Request, History, Defaulters, All History

1.3.1 Pending Request

  • If the submitted request is waiting for approvals from the manager, it will remain under the ‘Pending Request’ tab until the manager reviews it.
  • Manager can approve the request by selecting check box and click on Approve button and also by clicking on Approve icon
  • Manager can reject the record by clicking on Reject icon

1.3.2 History

  • On the History tab, ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ fields will be displayed, along with ‘Search’ and ‘Clear’ buttons. By default, the current week dates will be displayed in the date’s fields.
  • A Search box will be displayed at the top right of the table.
  • Manager can search for any Employee details in the table as needed.

1.3.3 Defaulters

  • If the employees are not submitted time sheet request those employees list will remain under the ‘Defaulters’ tab
  • Send Notification button will be displayed, By click on Send Notification button email will be sent to employee about pending request.
  • A Search box will be displayed at the top right of the table.
  • Manager can search for any Employee details in the table as needed.

1.3.4 All History

  • On the All History tab, ‘Project’, ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ fields will be displayed, along with ‘Search’ and ‘Clear’ buttons. By default, the current week dates will be displayed in the date’s fields.
  • A Search box will be displayed at the top right of the table.
  • Manager can search for any Employee details in the table as needed.

1.3.5 Summary Report

  • In Summary Reports, ‘Project’, ‘Date’ and ‘Project Status’ fields will be displayed, along with ‘Search’ and ‘Clear’ buttons.
  • Manager can download reports for the chosen dates in both Excel and PDF formats by clicking on the respective Excel and PDF icons.
  • On click Details hyper link, popup will be displayed with details.
