Offboarding leads to the formal separation between an employee and a company through resignation and termination.
User can make Enable and Disable the Send Automatic Reminders by clicking on the button
If enable, Reminder messages are sent to employees about timely completion of employee clearance form
If disable, No Reminder messages are sent to employees
User can Enable and Disable the Notice Period by clicking on the button
If enable, Notice Period (In Days) drop down will be displayed and user will select Notice Period from the drop down
If disable, Notice Period (In Days) drop down will be disappeared.
Termination Category:
Termination of employment is a decision that can be taken by either the employer, notice of termination because of specific causes such as poor performance can also occur. Examples of performance-related reasons for termination may include:
Low-quality of work
Arriving late to work
Misusing company time or resources
Insubordination
Harassment or inappropriate behavior
User can add new Termination categories by clicking on “Add” button
After adding the Termination category in the field, Click the Submit button
Duplicate Categories are not allowed
All the added categories are appeared in the Table
Edit icon is available for user to Update the Termination Category
User can make status Active (or) Inactive the termination categories by clicking on radio buttons under status column
Reason for Separation:
Separation is a situation when the service of an employee working with an organization comes to an end and employees leave the organization.
Some reasons for separation mentioned below:
Better Prospect
Unsatisfactory pay scale
Health Issue
Office at distinct location
User can add new Reasons for separation by clicking on “Add” button
After adding the Reason in the field, Click the Submit button
Duplicate Reasons are not allowed
All the added Reasons are appeared in the Table
Edit icon is available for user to Update the Reasons
User can make status Active (or) Inactive the Reasons by clicking on radio buttons under status column
