The app serves to Enhance team coordination by monitoring the location of colleagues or employees, facilitating efficient collaboration and logistics.

2. Getting Started
2.1 Account Creation
Create user accounts for the Manager and the Employee, ensuring secure access to the live tracking system.
The Account Creation is done from the integrated web application. Once the accounts are created, the app is ready to use.
3. User Interface
3.1 Main Screen
Navigate through the user-friendly main screen to access key features and functionalities.
3.2 Navigation
Spryple CRM navigation system allows seamless movement between different features by Selecting and Tapping.
4. Employee Level Features:
Employee Login:
Employee has five screens Employee Dashboard, Client List, Leave Request, Leave History, Leave Balance
4.1 Login:
Enter Company code, Username/Email and Password and click on Login
After successful login, main dashboard is displayed. (Employee Card, Company announcements and Alerts) are displayed
Click on CRM Module in the side menu
4.2 Employee Dashboard:
Punch In/Out time, Today Follow-ups, Today’s Date with Calendar icon, Add Clients, Maps are displayed.
Employee able to Punch In/Out, Add Client, Add Activity only through mobile.
Click on Calendar icon, Calendar will be displayed with Presents, Absents, Week-Off, Holidays, Leaves.
4.3 Client List:
Employee able to see two dashboards based on dropdown selection
4.3.a Client Demo Status
Sales Executive added clients through mobile are display in Client List
Added Clients will be segregated based on the Activity status of the Client. (Leads, Call for Demo, Demo Pending, Demo Completed and Future Leads)
If the Client was added by the Employee for the very first time, then the Client will be displayed under the Leads,
4.3.b Client Status
Based on the status selection client will be displayed in respective columns (Interested, Follow-up, Won, Lost, Not Interested)
Unselect ‘Select All’ check box ‘From Date and To Date’ fields will display with calendar icon
Based on date selection Client list will display
On click edit icon for particular client, Added Client Details and Add Activity button will display
On click Add Activity button activity related fields will display
Select Activity Type
Select Follow-up Date
Select Follow-up Time
Select Demo Status
Select Status
Enter Description
If user selects Status as “Won”, Final Price field will display
Enter final price
Click on submit button to add activity
Activity count display in Activity Totals and Payments details will display
On click Add Payments button payments related fields will display
Select Payment Method
Select Collected Amount
Enter Description
Click on submit button to add payments
Payments details will display in table under payments
4. 4 Leave Request:
Sales Executive able to apply leave, Available leave balance and reporting manager name displayed
Select leave type
Select From date & To date
Select second half & First half. (Based on leave requirement)
Leave count is displayed automatically
Enter reason for leave
Click on submit button to submit leave request
4.5 Leave History:
Employee can see the applied leaves and approved leaves in leave history page
Employee can View, Edit & Delete the leave request before manager approval
Employee can view the approved, rejected & deleted leave
